Shipping policy

Subscribers’ issues and pre-ordered issues typically ship early in the week of publication (with allowance for public holidays).

Orders for individually purchased issues are picked up once a day and typically dispatched the next day. Therefore please allow 7 working days for delivery within the UK, and 1-3 weeks for delivery overseas.

If your order has not arrived after this time, please let us know and we can investigate. If your order has been lost in the post, we will arrange a free re-send for you. However, we are unable to process free re-sends if they are requested more than two months after the original shipping date, so please do let us know if you have not received your order before then.
